Redington India Ltd., New Delhi

We are located here in Delhi, though the office moves around or has different branches sometimes. This specific spot is where we handle a lot of the distribution side for Redington India Ltd. It’s more of a working hub than a fancy corporate office. There are always boxes coming in and out, and the sound of tape dispensers is pretty common. It’s a big operation, but in this office, it feels more personal. We have a lot of people working on the logistics, making sure everything goes to the right place. The desks are covered in invoices and shipping labels. It can get pretty frantic during the middle of the month. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos. The heat in Delhi can make the warehouse area pretty tough, so we try to stay near the fans. We’ve been part of the local scene for a long time, so we know how the traffic and the weather can mess up a schedule. We just take it as it comes. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are on time. We aren’t the type to have long, fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It’s a busy, dusty, but honest day’s work for all of us here.
