Our office is situated on the third floor of JB-26 in Gupta Colony. This is part of the Khirki Extension in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every day since there isn't always a working lift. Malviya Nagar is a really vibrant area with a lot of shops and people from all over. We focus on recruitment, which basically means we spend our time talking to people and looking at resumes. The office isn't very big, and it’s often filled with the sound of interviews or phone calls. We have a few desks squeezed in, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don't believe in using big, fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s a lot of coordination and follow-up emails. The Khirki Extension area can be a bit of a maze if you’re not used to it, but once you find Gupta Colony, we’re easy to spot. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many candidates walk through our doors. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to treat everyone like a regular person. It’s a busy, unpolished office where the main goal is just to finish the day's pile of work.
