Recruitment Firm

Our recruitment firm is run by Shweta Kumari and we are located at K 16- B on the top floor in Kalkaji, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since we are on the top level, but it’s a good way to start the day. The office itself is modest. We have a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. Kalkaji is a really lively area with a lot of noise and energy. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It feels more like a place where real work happens. We spend our time talking to people about jobs and looking through stacks of resumes. Some days are quite hectic with people coming in for interviews. We don’t have a big signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a functional space where we try to match people with the right roles. We like being in Kalkaji because there are so many food stalls and shops nearby for lunch. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, even with the fans going, but that’s just part of life here. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don't use fancy jargon or try to act like a giant company. We are just a local firm on a top floor in New Delhi.
