Recruitment Consultant

We are a small group of recruitment consultants working out of C8/ 249 in Kehav Puram, Delhi -35. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a residential-style building. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. It’s not always easy because the job market in Delhi can be quite tough and unpredictable. We have a lot of folders and resumes lying around on the desks. We try to help people find something that fits what they can actually do. We don't use those fancy personality tests or anything, we just talk to people and see if they seem like a good fit for the roles we have available. Kehav Puram is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a problem if you’re visiting. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen a lot of people come and go. Some days are just spent on the phone for eight hours straight. It can be a bit draining, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big corporate name, just the title of what we do on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or by responding to the ads we put out for jobs. We just try to be honest with people about what a job pays and what it’s like. It's not a perfect system, but we do our best with it.
