Recruiter

Our office is located at 25, Vinay Nagar, right on Bodla Road here in Agra. Most people know the area pretty well. We call ourselves Recruiter, which is basically what we do every single day. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their lives. Agra is famous for a lot of things, but for us, it’s just the place where we work and live. Our building is a simple one on a busy road. You can hear the traffic passing by all day. Inside, it's mostly just us with our files and our phones. We don't have any fancy software that does the work for us; we just talk to people. It takes a lot of patience to find the right fit for a job. Sometimes we spend hours on the phone and nothing comes of it, but then other days everything clicks. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just speak plain English and try to be honest with everyone who walks in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We've been on Bodla Road for a good while and we know the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be. We just try to help folks find a way to earn a living.
