Rayon Hr Solutions is located at Wz-23 in Naraina, New Delhi. The office is actually part of the property belonging to Sh. Sukhbir Singh. It’s a typical Naraina setup, surrounded by other small businesses and houses. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. Our day-to-day involves a lot of human resources work, which basically means we spend hours on the phone and sorting through stacks of CVs. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and boxes of records. We don’t have a big HR department like the giant corporations; it’s just a few of us doing everything from scratch. Naraina is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street, like trucks moving or people shouting. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Our desks are a bit cluttered, and the chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job. We take our lunch breaks together, often getting something from the local food stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with spreadsheets and physical folders. We’ve built a decent reputation in the area just by showing up every day and doing the work. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. If someone stops by, they usually find us busy with some paperwork or another. We've been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the address anymore.
