Rama Hardwares

You will find Rama Hardwares over at Office No-K/40 in Naveen Shahdara. It’s not a huge place, just a small office where we keep our hardware supplies. I started this business because I saw that people in the area needed a place to get their basic tools and parts without having to travel too far. The office is often filled with boxes and items stacked up on the shelves. It might look a bit disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but I usually know exactly where everything is kept. Naveen Shahdara is a crowded neighborhood, so it can be a bit of a squeeze getting here, but we are used to that. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website that looks professional. Most of our customers are just local folks who live nearby or are working on a project in the area. They come in, tell me what they are looking for, and I see if I have it in stock. Sometimes we sit and talk about how the neighborhood has changed over the years. It’s a very basic setup, and we like it that way. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide the hardware that people need and try to keep our prices fair for everyone. It’s a quiet way to make a living, and we’re happy to be here in the office every day. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the summer, but we keep the fan going and stay focused.
