Kingfisher

Our spot is at C-267 in Vikaspuri, right here in New Delhi. It’s a standard office space in a busy part of town. We’ve got the Kingfisher name on the door, but inside it’s just a normal workplace with people sitting at desks and trying to keep up with the workload. The office isn't anything special to look at—just white walls, some fluorescent lights that occasionally flicker, and a lot of files stacked up on the floor. Vikaspuri is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside, which can be a bit distracting when you’re trying to focus. We spend most of our time on computers or talking to people on the phone about various travel and logistics issues. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we eventually figure it out. We don’t have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or free snacks. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning, drink our chai, and handle whatever tasks come our way. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we know each other well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to get through the day's list of things to do. It’s mostly about getting the job done without too much fuss.
