We’re located on the second floor of Bh-14 in Madangir, New Delhi. This Hilti office is pretty much a hub for the local area here. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is usually packed with people and rickshaws. It’s a busy part of the city, and our space is right in the thick of it. We spend our time managing the inventory and making sure the local contractors get what they need for their jobs. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a place with some desks, a lot of folders, and usually someone on the phone. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just come up the stairs and we’re right there. We try to keep the place tidy, but when shipments come in, it can get a bit cluttered with boxes for a day or two. That’s just part of the routine. We’ve been in Madangir for a while now, so we’re used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. Most of us have been working together for a bit, so we have a system that works for us. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people get their equipment and keep the records straight. It’s a straightforward job in a lively part of New Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks.
