Being in Sameypur Industrial Area means Omex Industries is surrounded by factories and warehouses all day long. It is a gritty part of town, but it’s where things actually get made. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with machines and materials. Most of our days are spent checking orders and making sure the equipment is running like it should. It gets pretty loud and hot in here, especially during the summer months when the sun beats down on the metal roof. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how everything works. We aren't doing any big fancy marketing campaigns or trying to look corporate for anyone. We just focus on the metal or the parts we are putting together. The roads around here are usually full of trucks and tempos moving stuff in and out, so there is always a bit of a scramble to get things loaded. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time; usually, we are just out on the floor getting our hands dirty. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors by the sound of their machines. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s honest labor and it keeps us busy from early morning until late evening most days.
