Our office is on the ground floor of B-38 in Dilshad Colony. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood, right near the main gate. We’ve been working as management consultants from this spot for a good while. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, looking at spreadsheets and talking through various business problems. We don't go in for the whole high-end consultant image with expensive suits and leather briefcases. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes trying to figure out how to help a client fix a bottleneck in their workflow or sort out their management structure. Dilshad Colony is a decent area, though it can get noisy with the traffic and the local shops nearby. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to drop by without a lot of fuss, and we don't have to deal with broken elevators. The office is filled with books and old files because we’ve been doing this long enough to accumulate a lot of paperwork. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just take on projects that come our way through people we know. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We focus on the small details that others might miss. Sometimes we have long meetings that go well into the evening, but that’s okay.
