Qwest Hr Services is based out of Vasantkunj at H No: 4. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of New Delhi. We operate out of a regular building here. Joyeta Nag Sehgal runs things, and it’s a pretty small team. We spend most of our time on calls or looking through piles of resumes on our screens. Finding people for jobs is mostly about persistence and talking to a lot of different folks. It’s not a flashy office with glass walls. We have our desks, our laptops, and plenty of coffee. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with notes scribbled on paper everywhere. We don’t do big presentations or anything like that. We just look at what companies need and see who might fit. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails. Vasantkunj is a nice enough place to work from, even if the traffic to get here can be a pain during rush hour. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we have a rhythm. Some days are slow, while others feel like we can't catch a break with the phone ringing. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working away. It’s a simple setup for a simple task. We just try to stay on top of the requests that come in. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk.
