We are over at H.No-A44/B in Shishram Park, which is part of Uttamnagar. The office is basically a converted house, so it has a bit of a homey feel, even with all the computers and desks we have shoved in there. We do consulting work, which means we get a lot of phone calls from people asking for advice or help with their businesses. It can get pretty loud when three or four of us are on the phone at the same time. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental, so we have a few fans placed around the room to keep the air moving during the summer. Uttamnagar is always packed with people, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle in the morning. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done. There is no big hierarchy here; we just all pitch in and do whatever is needed. Sometimes that means doing the filing, and other times it is talking to a client for an hour. We have been in Shishram Park for a while now and we know the local shops and the neighbors pretty well. It is an honest way to make a living, helping other businesses figure out their problems. We do not use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just look at the facts and tell people what we think will work for them in the long run.
