Prospect Executive Search Firm

You can find us at House No. C-126 in Kidwai Nagar East. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi, and our office is just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. We call ourselves Prospect Executive Search Firm, but really, we’re just a small group of people who spend a lot of time on the phone and sending emails. We try to find people for specific jobs that companies are struggling to fill. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign outside or a lobby full of plants. We’ve got our desks, our laptops, and a lot of coffee. The day is usually filled with interviewing people or talking to managers about what they need. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their calls, and other times we’re all talking at once. We like being in Kidwai Nagar because it’s central but doesn't feel like a cold business park. We’ve got a few rooms for meetings, but they’re pretty basic. We don’t go in for all that corporate polish. We just want to get the right person into the right chair. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of searching through lists. We’ve been doing this from this house for a while, and it works for us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without all the extra noise you find elsewhere.
