Proserve

We’re located over in Kalkaji, New Delhi. It’s a crowded, lively part of the city and we’ve been part of the community here for a good bit. Proserve isn't some high-rise office with a view. We’re tucked away in a spot that’s easy to get to once you know where you’re going. The noise from the street usually drifts in through the windows, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know each other well. We handle whatever comes through the door. Some days it’s quiet enough to actually hear yourself think, and other days it’s total chaos with everyone talking at once. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we try to fix them quickly. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with papers stacked up and a kettle that’s always on for tea. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to tell us what to say. We’re just local people doing business in a local way. Kalkaji is a great place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. We’re just here, doing our thing day in and day out, without much fuss or bother. It’s been a long journey, but we like where we’ve ended up.
