Primecall Consultancy is based at B-81D in Shakapur, New Delhi. Shakapur is a very crowded and lively place. You can hear the traffic and the vendors from our windows all day long. We have a small office here where we do our consulting work. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big corporation. It’s just a few of us trying to help people with their problems. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the hallway is narrow. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some sturdy desks and chairs that do the job. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to stay sharp. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done. We handle all sorts of consultancy tasks. Every client is different, so we have to stay on our toes. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. We don't have a big sign with lights. We just have our name on the door. It’s a practical place for people who need things sorted out. We just keep showing up and doing the work we have with what we've got. It's a simple life here in the middle of East Delhi.
