We are located on the first floor at A-185 in New Ashok Nagar. It’s Prime Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. Noida, though the address is actually here in New Delhi. The office isn't massive, but it gets the job done for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people who need work or companies looking for staff. It’s a lot of paperwork and digital files these days. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. Being in New Ashok Nagar means there's always something going on outside. There are shops everywhere and the metro isn't too far away, which helps with the commute. We started this because we knew how hard it is for people to find the right spot to work. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of organizing and checking details. Sometimes we get behind on emails because there are so many, but we try to catch up by the end of the week. The office usually smells like tea or sometimes the lunch someone brought from home. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy carpets. It’s just a place to work. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the neighbors pretty well. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us hunched over our screens.
