Out here in Satai Purwa Bargaon, things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities. Our office for Planman Consulting I Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of Gonda, and it’s a place where people actually stop to talk to each other. We don’t have those high-rise views, just the local streets and the sound of the town waking up. Consulting work here means sitting down with folks and really listening to what they need, often over several cups of chai. The office itself is pretty simple, with some sturdy chairs and a few computers that we rely on heavily. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, but we just sweep it out and keep working. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing a printer. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just provide advice and help businesses figure things out from this little corner of Uttar Pradesh. Being in Bargaon means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. It builds a kind of trust you don't get in a skyscraper. There’s no lobby with a fountain or anything like that.
