Placement

We are based out of Shahdara, right here in Delhi-32. It is a loud and energetic neighborhood to work in. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple place where we try to match people with different job openings. We get a lot of young kids coming in fresh out of college, looking a bit worried about their future. We also see older folks who just need a change in their career. The ceiling fans here hum all day long. We spend most of our time looking at resumes on old monitors that flicker sometimes. Sometimes the resumes are a mess, and we have to help people fix them up so they look decent. There is always someone calling the office phone to ask if there is an update on their application. It gets very hectic around noon. We have stacks of folders sitting everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital yet. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us. We know the local shops well and where to get the best samosas for our evening break. Shahdara has its own vibe, very traditional and always busy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in. It is real work dealing with real people’s lives. We don’t promise any miracles, just try to find a spot that fits.
