Placement Service

We sit here in Vasundhara, right at 11/843, doing what we can to help people find work. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking through stacks of papers all day long. Placement Service isn't a huge name or a fancy firm, just a small office in Ghaziabad where we try to match folks with jobs that actually fit their lives. Sometimes it’s very busy and the phones don't stop, other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We have been at this address for a good bit now. People come in, they show us what they can do, and we see which companies nearby are looking for help. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and checking through emails. The traffic around this part of town can be a real headache in the mornings, but we show up anyway. We do not have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby with sofas. It's just a regular place with some desks, chairs, and old fans. We deal with all sorts of industries, from drivers to office clerks. We just look at the lists we have and make the calls. It feels decent when someone finally gets a start date. That is basically the whole thing we do. We stay until the work is done and then we head home. No big speeches or anything like that here.
