We're located in the MIG Flats at Mayapuri, specifically at B-11/C. It’s a typical BPO environment where the phones are usually ringing and there’s a lot of typing going on. Being in New Delhi, the pace is always fast. We handle a variety of back-office tasks and customer calls for different clients. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and headsets. We spend a lot of our shift sitting down, talking to people we’ll never meet. It can be repetitive, but the team here makes it better. We have our own little routines, like who gets the first coffee or where we go for lunch in Mayapuri. Sometimes the night shifts are long and quiet, while the days are chaotic. We aren't some massive call center with thousands of people; it's a smaller, more tight-knit group. The building is a bit older, so we deal with the occasional plumbing issue or a flickering light. We just focus on getting through the call queue or the data entries assigned to us. It’s honest work, even if it’s not very exciting. People in the flats nearby probably hear us coming and going at odd hours. We just try to get the job done right so we can go home. It’s just how things go here at Pioneer. We’ve been in this Mayapuri spot for a long time and know the area well.
