Personnel Search Associates

We’ve been over here in Laxmi Nagar for a while now. Our office is at 121/B-27, right in the thick of things near Mangal Bazar. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets, especially on market days. It’s loud and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Personnel Search Associates is basically just a few of us working on phones and computers. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and calling people up. New Delhi is a big place, and finding the right person for a specific job takes a lot of patience. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just me or one of the others answering the door. This started because we knew how hard it was for companies to find reliable staff and for people to find decent work. We just try to bridge that gap. Sometimes we stay late when a client is in a hurry. It’s not always easy, and the traffic in Laxmi Nagar can be a nightmare for anyone coming to visit us. But we like the energy of the neighborhood. Focusing on the practical side of hiring is what we do best. We aren't big on fancy talk. Looking at what's needed and trying to find someone who fits is the main goal. It's basic work, but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
