Pawanair Placement

We are based in the Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at H 281 in Sector 2. Being in an industrial zone means we see a lot of people looking for work and companies looking for staff. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of factories around us. Our office is a simple one, nothing too fancy. We spend our time talking to people and looking at resumes. It’s interesting to see who comes through the door. Some days are packed with interviews and others are a bit slower. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local industries pretty well. It’s a lot of phone calls and note-taking. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. It gets pretty hot in the summer in Bawana, but we just keep the fans going and stay at it. People come to us because we’re right here in the heart of the industrial sector. We don't make big promises, we just try to connect people with the openings we know about. It’s honest work. The office can be a bit messy with files, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local business helping out where we can. We like being part of the community here.
