You can find Pass India over in Lajpat Nagar at K-26, which is part of the old double storey area. It’s an older neighborhood with a lot of character, and our shop has been here for a while. We help people with various administrative tasks and documentation that they might find confusing. It’s the kind of place where you sit down and talk through what you need. We don't use any complicated systems or have a huge staff. It’s just a few desks and a lot of folders. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a journey depending on the time of day. Once you're inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time checking through papers and making sure everything is in order before it gets sent off. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity; we just like being a local resource. Sometimes we have to explain that things take time and you can't always rush the government offices. We try to be realistic about expectations. The shop doesn't have a lot of decorations, just the essentials for getting the job done. People usually come to us because a friend told them we know what we're doing with these types of forms. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a busy part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
