We’ve got our office over in Amar Colony at Q-27. If you know Lajpat Nagar, you know it’s always moving and full of energy. That’s where we are. We handle security and placement stuff. It sounds like a lot, but it’s mostly just us matching people with jobs. We’ve been in this building for a long time. The paint might be peeling a bit in the corner, but it’s home to us. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just come in, drink our coffee, and start calling people. Some people are looking for guards, others are looking for office help. We try to see who fits where. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people in person. We don't do those fancy psychological tests. We just talk to people and see if they seem like they’ll show up on time. Lajpat Nagar is great because there are so many shops nearby. We often get our snacks from the vendors outside. Our office isn't very big, so it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once. But we make it work. We are just a local business trying to help other locals find a way to earn a living. It’s straightforward. No big promises, just trying to be useful. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years.
