Oxford Express P Ltd is located over in Naveen Shahdara, specifically at M-81 in Uldhan Pur. It’s a part of Delhi-32 that’s always moving. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a busy area with a lot of narrow lanes and people coming and going. Our office is more of a functional space than a showpiece. We have boxes occasionally stacked near the door and phones ringing throughout the day. The light in the office is a bit dim because we’re tucked into a corner of the building. We have a stack of old ledgers from when we first started, and we can’t bring ourselves to throw them away. The delivery bikes are parked outside on the street, and there’s always someone coming in to get a signature or drop off a parcel. It feels a bit chaotic during the morning rush, but we have a system that works for us. We just take it one package at a time. Sometimes things get delayed because of the Delhi traffic, and we have to explain that to people. It’s frustrating, but we do our best. The team here is small. We all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It feels like a local shop even though we handle stuff going further away. We aren't trying to be the biggest express service in the country. We just want to make sure things get delivered.
