Out Smart Consultancy

Out Smart Consultancy is based over in Pratap Vihar, specifically in Sector-12 of Ghaziabad. We operate out of H-37, which is a place many people know because of Mr. Lalit Swaraswat. It’s not a corporate park or a high-rise office; it’s more of a local setup that fits right into the residential feel of the area. Ghaziabad has its own pace, and we definitely follow that here. The mornings usually start with someone bringing in a packet of biscuits and putting the kettle on. Our desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like writing things down by hand sometimes. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we keep the doors shut mostly. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to say hello. Working in Pratap Vihar means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We spend our hours talking to clients and trying to figure out the best way to handle their requests. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking spreadsheets. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a lot to catch up on, but we usually try to head home before the traffic gets too bad. It is a practical office where the focus is just on doing the day's tasks properly without making a big deal out of it.
