One Sourc Solution

You can find us over at J/8-664 on Kali Bari Marg. Being in the heart of New Delhi means we’re close to everything, but the traffic around here is something else to deal with every morning. One Sourc Solution is basically a small operation. We don't have dozens of employees or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a few desks and some computers where we handle whatever comes our way during the week. We’ve been at this address for a while and the central location is probably the best thing about being here. We do a bit of everything, mostly solving problems for people who call us up needing help. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and dealing with paperwork. The office gets a bit hot in the summer despite the fans we have running. We don't have a lot of corporate culture or any of those fancy mission statements. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families in the evening. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the news or the weather while we wait for the next call to come in. It’s a very normal way to spend the day for us. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. If someone needs help with something, we see if we can do it and then we get it done. That’s about as simple as it gets around here. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s the highlight for most of us working in this small room.
