Being in Noida Sector-25 is interesting because Jalvayu Vihar is actually a pretty nice residential area. Our setup is right there, and it’s mostly just us sitting in front of screens. It’s a BPO, so there are always headsets lying around and the sound of people talking in the background. It isn't a massive glass building like the ones you see in the bigger sectors, but it works for us. We have our shifts, and some of the guys stay late while others come in early. The coffee machine is probably the most important thing in the whole place because the nights can get long. We talk about sports or what we had for lunch while we wait for the next task. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The air conditioning sometimes makes a rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some notes pinned up. It’s a regular job for regular people. We try to keep the noise down because of the neighbors in the Vihar. Getting to work is okay if you use the metro or have a bike. Most of the time, we are just focused on hitting our numbers and getting home. It’s a practical place without any extra fluff. We just come in, do the work, and head out. It is pretty simple and works for everyone involved.
