Omega Services

We are located on the second floor of N-26, Flat No. 3, right in South Ex-1. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Omega Services is basically just a few of us working out of this flat. It feels more like a home office than a big business center, which is fine by us. We handle various service requests throughout the day, and there’s usually a lot of back-and-forth communication. The space is filled with desks and a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our computers or talking on our mobiles. South Ex-1 is a convenient spot, even if parking can be a total nightmare sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The work we do isn't very glamorous, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We aren't into big marketing pushes; we just do our jobs and let things happen naturally. Some weeks are totally quiet, and then suddenly everyone needs something at once. That’s just the nature of the service business. We keep things simple and try to stay organized in our own way. The building has its quirks, like a lift that works only when it wants to, so we usually just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s good exercise, anyway. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we mostly just rely on people knowing we are here in South Ex-1. If someone needs help with a service, they know where to find us. The desks are often cluttered with lunch containers and half-finished notes, but we know where everything is.
