Om Hr Solutions, New Delhi

Our office is over at 38D in the DDA Flats in Sector-10, Dwarka. It’s in Pocket-1, which isn't too hard to find if you know the area. We go by Om Hr Solutions. We’ve been doing HR work from here for quite some time now. Dwarka is a big place, but we like this little corner of it. It’s basically just a few of us working on hiring and personnel things. We talk to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. It’s pretty straightforward work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our files and computers. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where we end up talking about work. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just answer the phones and try to match the right people with the right roles. It can be a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up. The DDA flats are old, but they’re solid. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the street and the neighbors. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve been in New Delhi for years, and Dwarka has really grown since we started. Most days involve a lot of screening resumes and making calls. We try to be helpful when people come by. It's just a local operation, nothing more than that.
