We get calls at all sorts of hours when something isn't working right. It can be a bit tiring, but it’s the job we chose. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just rely on the fact that we do a decent job and people tell their friends about us. It’s a very hands-on type of business. When we do gather in one place, it’s usually just to catch up on paperwork or talk about the next project. We keep things simple and try to solve problems without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we have always operated. It works for us.
