Okaya Infocom

We are Okaya Infocom, and we operate a bit differently than most. Our address is listed as 'Others' because we don’t just stay in one single office building all day. A lot of our work involves going where we are needed to handle IT and communication tasks. This means we spend a lot of time on the road or at different client sites around the city. We aren’t a giant firm with a thousand employees. We are a smaller group of people who know a lot about technology and how to keep it running. Because we don’t have a traditional storefront, we don't worry about things like fancy decor or office plants. Our tools are our laptops and our phones. We get calls at all sorts of hours when something isn't working right. It can be a bit tiring, but it’s the job we chose. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just rely on the fact that we do a decent job and people tell their friends about us. It’s a very hands-on type of business. When we do gather in one place, it’s usually just to catch up on paperwork or talk about the next project. We keep things simple and try to solve problems without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we have always operated. It works for us.
