Nubira Consultants is over in Ghaziabad, specifically at 406 Shipra Apartment in Kaushambi. We are quite close to Anand Vihar and just a short walk from Pacific Mall, which makes it handy if we need to grab something or meet someone for a quick lunch. The office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a working space. It’s got a balcony where we can see the traffic moving towards Delhi. Our work involves a lot of talking and giving advice to people who come to us with their business problems or paperwork needs. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few dedicated folks who know their way around the local regulations and requirements. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits unless there’s a really specific reason for it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through documents on our laptops. Living and working in Ghaziabad has its own quirks, like the busy roads and the way the weather changes the mood of the city. We’ve been in this building for some time, so we know the security guards and the other people who live here quite well. It’s a practical setup for us because it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the consulting work without the distractions of a big corporate park. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized so that we don't fall behind.
