Operating out of Wazirabad Plot No 2/83, we handle a mix of things here. Most people come into the shop on Main Brijpuri Road because they need to send a package or get their phone talk time topped up. It’s a busy street, and the B Block area always has something going on. We have been doing this for a bit now, managing the courier side alongside the telecom stuff. It can get a bit chaotic when the delivery trucks arrive at the same time customers are asking about data plans. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a regular counter where we weigh boxes and fill out forms. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the recharge to go through, which is just how things go. We keep an eye on the tracking numbers so people can check where their stuff is. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of the space we have. Most of the people living around Brijpuri know us by now. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people in. If a parcel is too heavy, we help you get it from the bike to the scale. It's just a daily routine of paperwork and packing tape. We keep the doors open late most days to make sure people coming back from work can drop off their stuff.
