Ngrain

You can find us at Ngrain on the first floor of P-65 in C.R. Park. If you know Chittaranjan Park, you know it’s famous for its markets and the food, especially the fish. Our office is in a residential building, which makes it feel very relaxed. We aren't a big shop with a storefront; you have to come up the stairs to find us. Ngrain is a small business, and we don't have a huge staff. It’s mostly just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. The office has big windows, so we get a lot of light, but we also hear all the street sounds—the vegetable sellers, the cars, and people chatting. We don't use fancy corporate jargon or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just sit down, figure out what needs to get done, and do it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, and someone has to run down to the market. We like the neighborhood vibe here. It’s a lot better than being stuck in some grey industrial park. We’re just local people doing our thing in a nice part of New Delhi. It’s simple, direct, and it works for us. We've been in this building for a few years now and it really feels like home.
