Next Hr Solutions

We’ve been running Next Hr Solutions for a while now, though we don’t have a public address listed for everyone to walk into. It keeps the office a bit quieter, which helps when you’re spending the whole day on the phone talking to different people about jobs. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a few old chairs that probably need replacing soon. We start early most mornings, usually with a cup of tea while the computers boot up. The internet can be a bit patchy sometimes, but we manage to get through the emails. There’s always a stack of resumes sitting on the corner of the main desk that needs sorting. It’s not a big corporate setup with fancy glass walls or a receptionist. It’s just us trying to match people with the right roles without making it too complicated. Most of the day is spent listening to what people want and seeing if we have anything that fits. Sometimes it’s frustrating when things don’t line up, but that’s just how this kind of work goes. We don't really do much advertising; most of what we do comes from people just knowing we are here. In the afternoons, it gets a bit noisy outside, but inside we just keep at it. It’s a simple way to spend the day, focusing on the tasks in front of us until it's time to lock up and head home.
