We’re located at 142/15 in Amritpuri. It’s a bit of a tight spot in New Delhi, but we’ve made a home out of it. We do HR work, which mostly means we spend our days looking at piles of resumes and talking to people who want jobs. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s important to the people who come through our door. The office is small and usually smells like the incense someone lights in the morning. We have some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and the fans overhead make a bit of a clicking sound when they’re on high. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we're just a small group trying to help people find where they fit. Amritpuri is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill, but we just keep at it. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that posted on the walls. We just want to get through the day's work and make sure we didn't miss any good candidates. It’s honest work, and we like being in this part of the city. We’ve been here at 142/15 for several years now and we know most of the people on this street quite well.
