Next Hr Consultancy is based right in Devli Village, which is near the Devli Bus Stand in New Delhi. Our exact address is house number 150. Being near the bus stand is actually pretty handy for anyone trying to find us. It is a lively area, very local, and you get to see all sorts of people passing by every day. We’ve been doing this HR work for a while now. It’s mostly about helping people find their way into new jobs or helping businesses figure out their staffing. It isn't always easy work, and sometimes it feels like we are buried in paperwork. The office itself is simple. We don't have those glass walls or modern art you see in big cities. It’s just a practical space where we can talk to people and get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the buses and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we knew there was a need for it in this part of Delhi. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small team trying to do a decent job every day. We know the local shops and the people around here. It feels like we are part of the community. When someone walks in, they get to talk to a real person, not a machine. We just take it one day at a time here and hope for the best.
