Newel Recruiters is located at B-Iii/20 in Laxmi Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know Laxmi Nagar is always full of energy and people moving around. Our office is right in the thick of it. We do recruitment work, which basically means we spend all day on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. The office isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably enough. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the printouts and files we keep around the place. We don’t really care much for looking corporate or polished. We just want to find the right people for the jobs we have on our list. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know most of the people who work on our floor. It’s a friendly enough place. We don't have any slogans or fancy promises to make. We just do the work of matching people up. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing from morning till night. We just take it as it comes. Laxmi Nagar can be hard to navigate if you aren't used to the narrow streets, but once you find our building, it’s pretty straightforward. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us each day. It works for us.
