New Era India

Our office, New Era India, is located at House No. A-7 in Raju Park, which is part of the Devli area in Khanpur. It is a residential neighborhood, so the office is basically inside a house. This makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big office blocks in the city center. We have set up our workspace in a couple of the rooms where we handle all our business. The streets around Raju Park are typical of Khanpur, sometimes a bit narrow and crowded with bikes. We spend the day answering emails and talking to folks who come by looking for information. It is a small operation, mostly just a few of us sitting around desks and making sure the day-to-day tasks are finished. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. It is just a functional space where we do our hiring and recruitment work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, so you hear some noise, but it is a good atmosphere overall. People from the local community often drop in because they know we are here. We have stayed in this house for a while because it is convenient and keeps our costs down. It is a simple way of working, focusing on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary extras or corporate polish. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
