New Era India is tucked away in Sarita Vihar. It’s a South Delhi neighborhood that’s mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the middle of the city. We’ve got our office set up here to handle consultancy work. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking through files. The metro is close by, which is good because driving in Delhi is a mess. Most of our staff uses the violet line to get here. The office is pretty basic, just the stuff we need to get the work done. We don't have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. We spend a lot of time talking to companies and people looking for work. It’s a lot of back and forth. Some days are slow, and we just drink coffee and talk about the weather. Other days, the phones don't stop ringing. Sarita Vihar has some nice parks nearby, so sometimes we go for a walk during lunch just to get some air. Being in South Delhi gives us a good location, but we still feel like a local team. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the area well and the people who live around here. It’s a straightforward business, really. No need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just work. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we like the quiet here.
