New Era Consultancy

New Era Consultancy is based out of Noida, at 146 B in the Express View Apartment complex. Being in a residential apartment for work makes for a different kind of vibe. It’s much more relaxed than being in a massive office park. We are in Uttar Pradesh, so we deal with all the local things that come with being in Noida. Our day starts with checking the messages that came in overnight. We do a lot of consulting work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to figure out solutions for them. It’s not about having big corporate goals or anything like that; it’s just about solving the problems that are right in front of us. The office space has all the basics—some desks, a few laptops, and a printer that occasionally acts up. We have a small kitchen area where we can make a quick lunch. The view from Express View Apartment is actually pretty nice, especially in the mornings. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just wear what’s comfortable. It’s a small operation, which means we all have to do a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just get the work done and try to stay organized. It’s a very human way to run a consultancy, focusing on the tasks at hand and not much else.
