Net Connect is based in Indra Vikas, at number 15/3 in GTB Nagar. This part of North Delhi is always full of energy because of all the students and the university nearby. Our office is not anything special to look at from the outside, but we stay very busy inside most days. We handle a lot of internet and connectivity-related work for people in the area. It is the kind of job where things have to work all the time, so we are often troubleshooting or setting up new systems. The building we are in is a bit older, and the stairs are kind of narrow and steep. We have got wires and servers in the back room, and the front is where we talk to customers. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer. We have been in GTB Nagar for a while and have seen the area change a lot with new cafes and shops opening up every single month. Our staff is a mix of people who really know their way around a router and some who just handle the billing and the paperwork. It is a busy place, especially when someone’s connection goes down and they need it fixed right away. We do not have a lot of time for formalities or fancy meetings. We just try to get the work done.
