Neha Placement

We are located right in the middle of the bustle of Paharganj, over at Chuna Mandi, house number 2928/4. Neha Placement has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a very busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our door. The office is very simple, just a few chairs and a desk where we talk to folks who are looking for work. We get all kinds of people coming in, some looking for office jobs and others wanting something in a factory or a shop. We try to help them find a place where they can get a steady paycheck. It’s not always easy because the job market is always changing. We spend most of our day looking over resumes or calling up different companies to see who is hiring. The noise from the street is constant, but it’s just part of the background for us. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a big sign. People just walk in, tell us what they can do, and we see if we have anything that fits. Some days are slow and we just sit around, and other days we don’t even have time to finish a cup of tea. We just keep going. It’s about helping people find a way to earn a living so they can take care of their families. That is what we do here in Chuna Mandi.
