Operating out of Chandigarh gives things a bit of a different feel compared to the chaos of bigger cities. The roads are wider and everything is a bit more organized, which we appreciate. Neerinfo Solutions is basically a group of people who enjoy the city's pace. We don't have a big fancy office with a view, just a comfortable space where we can focus on our screens. The morning routine usually involves a bit of traffic, but nothing like what you see in Delhi. We spend most of our day dealing with data and solutions, so it’s a lot of quiet clicking and the occasional meeting. We like to keep the vibe simple. There aren't many rules about how things should look, as long as we are getting through our projects. We often head out for a quick bite at the local markets during lunch. The weather in Chandigarh is a big plus, especially when we can actually step outside and not feel overwhelmed by the heat. Our office is just a place where we gather to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk or corporate slogans. It’s just us, some good computers, and a lot of work to finish. Sometimes we stay late, but mostly we try to keep a balance. It’s a decent life here, and we just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It works for us and keep us busy.
