We set up Naukripoint .Com here in the Ashok Hotel staff quarters at C-104. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some people working on computers and talking to folks who need jobs. Being in New Delhi is busy, and we just try to keep up with the emails coming in. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most days it is just about matching resumes to what companies are asking for. It gets a bit hectic when a lot of people call at once. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to help people find where they need to go next. The room gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a fan. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files. It isn't glamorous work. You mostly just see us staring at screens or filing things away. It’s just how we do things here in the city. People stop by sometimes to ask questions. We try to give them a straight answer. It's a small operation. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the names and numbers are correct. It’s a job like any other. We like being centrally located even if it’s a bit crowded. That's pretty much the whole story of this place. We stay here until the work is done.
