We are based out here in Delhi, India, and as Naukri.Com, we’ve been part of the city’s landscape for quite a while. Our office is just another building in the middle of this busy metro. Inside, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a place where people work on computers all day. There are rows of desks, some half-empty coffee mugs, and the constant sound of keyboards clicking. It isn't some glamorous tech hub you see in brochures; it's a practical workspace where we sit and handle things. Delhi is a loud and fast place, and that energy definitely carries over into our daily routine. We don't really use a lot of big words or fancy talk about what we do. It’s more about just showing up and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the commute pretty rough, but we all make it in eventually. We have our meetings in small rooms that always seem to be a bit too cold because of the AC. We don't have any special slogans or big speeches to give. We’re just a group of people in Delhi working on things that people happen to use. It’s regular work, really. We keep our heads down and get through the tasks. Being in the capital means there's always something going on outside, but we just focus on what's right in front of us, finishing our shifts and heading home.
