Natural Cosmetic Supplies (A Unit Of Mother Herbs)

Natural Cosmetic Supplies is a bit of a unique setup because we occupy the second and fourth floors of C-39 on 13 Street in Madhu Vihar. Being part of Mother Herbs means we are always surrounded by the smell of dried plants and various oils. Patparganj is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. Climbing between the two floors keeps us active, especially when the lift is being slow. We spend a lot of time weighing out ingredients and packing up bottles for customers. It’s a messy job sometimes, with powders getting everywhere, but it’s part of the process. The fourth floor is where we keep most of the bulk stock, while the second floor is more for the daily tasks. We aren’t a giant factory with robots; it’s mostly just us doing things by hand. The neighborhood is full of small shops, so we usually head out for a quick snack or chai during the afternoon break. It’s a local feel, and many of our neighbors have become friends over the years. We just try to keep the handling of the herbs as good as they can be and get the orders out the door. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of inventory, but it keeps us busy and we like the community here in Madhu Vihar.
