National Health Systems Resource Centre

We operate out of 71 Sarla Bagh in Dayal Bagh. It is a bit of a different pace around here compared to the more crowded parts of the city. Being a resource centre for health systems means we deal with a lot of data and research papers every single day. Our shelves are pretty much overflowing with reports and old folders. The building has an older feel to it, which some of us actually like. It makes it feel like a real place of work rather than some modern glass box. We are not doing anything medical directly on-site; it is more about the planning and the resources that support those systems. There is a lot of writing and reading involved in our daily routine. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their coffee or how they organize their notes. It is a quiet atmosphere for the most part, though things get a bit hectic when a new project comes in. We have a small courtyard where we sit sometimes to get some fresh air during the lunch break. It is a very grounded kind of place. We do not have fancy brochures or a front desk with a uniform. It is just us in Sarla Bagh, trying to make sense of the health data and keeping the resources organized so they can be used by the right people. It is steady work that keeps us busy.
