You can find us at House No 320 in Sector-15A, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We’ve turned part of the house into our workspace for M/S Team Hr Services Limited. It works for us because we don’t need a fancy high-rise to do our jobs. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails anyway. We spend the day looking at staffing needs and trying to help businesses get their human resources in order. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks with a lot of coffee. We don’t have a flashy entrance, just a regular door in a regular street in Haryana. Sometimes people get a bit confused finding the house number, but once they’re inside, they see we’re just regular people working hard. We’ve been doing this for a while now. It started small and stayed manageable. We like it that way. No big HR philosophy exists here; we just look at who is looking for work and who needs workers. Making those connections is what matters. The neighborhood is nice, and it’s a good place to focus. We get through a lot of files every week. It’s practical work. We just try to be helpful and get the right names to the right companies without too much fuss or extra paperwork. It's a solid way to spend the day.
